We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all hosting plans. If you are dissatisfied with our services for any reason within the first 7 days of your subscription, you are eligible for a full refund of your hosting fees.

2. Refund Requests:

To request a refund, you must submit a written request to our customer support team within the initial 7 days of your subscription. Your request should include your account details and the reason for seeking a refund. We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 3 business days.

3. Eligibility:

Refunds apply solely to hosting fees and exclude domain name registrations or any other additional services. Accounts that have violated our terms of service or acceptable use policy are not eligible for refunds.

4. Payment Methods:

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. For instance, refunds for credit card payments will be credited back to the same credit card, while refunds for check payments will be issued by check.

5. Cancellation:

If a refund is processed, your hosting account will be immediately cancelled, and all associated files, data, and emails will be permanently deleted. It is recommended to back up your data before requesting a refund.

6. Disputes:

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the matter to our billing department for resolution. We are committed to working with you to find a mutually satisfactory solution.
